Asset Management service providers are first reviewed by Store Care Program Managers or Facility Asset Managers and then passed along for the vetting process. Once reviewed and confirmed to be an Asset Management service provider you will be asked to register with Global Risk Management Solutions and submit new service provider paperwork.

In an effort to strengthen our company's risk management program and ensure that we are in compliance with federally mandated laws and regulations, Walgreens has partnered with Global Risk Management Solutions (GRMS) and implemented the GRMS Global Vendor Screening Program as part of our risk management policies.

• A copy of your current W-9 Tax Form that has been signed in the last 12 months
• Remittance address confirmation. This can be supplied by either a blank invoice or a letter on company letterhead specifying your company's remittance address.
• A certificate of insurance with the following coverage:
  • Workers Compensation and Employers Liability Insurance: Coverage A - Statutory Benefits Coverage B- Employers Liability: $500,000 Each Accident; $500,000 Disease-Each Employee; $550,00 Disease-Policy Limit. Policy must be endorsed to waive subrogation, if allowed by law.
  • Commercial General Liability Insurance: $2,000,000 Each Occurrence; $2,000,000 Personal and Advertising Injury; $2,000,000 General Aggregate; $2,000,000 Products/Completed Operations Aggregate.
  • Business Automobile Insurance: $1,000,000 per accident combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage arising from owned, non-owned and hired vehicles. The policy must also provide coverage for uninsured and underinsured motorist liability.
  • Walgreens must be added as an Additional Insured to the polices required above except for the Workers Compensation/Employers Liability policy. All policies must waive subrogation.
